Please note – this service is only available to patients registered with us.

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription; we will then call you to arrange the need for your repeat prescription and to arrange delivery/collection.

Fees

The fee for using this service is from $15 – we will discuss payment when you have sent in your request.

This is not a  same day or next day service.
